I am very satisfied with the service at the Marina Hotel, the staff are friendly.

They said breakfast could be replaced with sahur, but when asked it turned out it couldn't.

Good as expected and friendly

Marina is not like before, the AC in the room needs to be replaced, it's not cold anymore, and the breakfast is beyond expectations... hopefully in the future the Marina management can fix it.

1. The room looks like it hasn't been used for a long time. 2. The sheets and bed set should be changed first to make sleeping more comfortable. 3. There are not enough food variants. 4. The hot water for bathing is great. Overall a 3-star hotel feels like a 2-star hotel

There is an additional fee of up to IDR 100 thousand upon check-in, apparently for requesting a room with 2 beds.

Highly recommended, you definitely have to try it.

The hotel staff is indifferent when guests arrive, there is not a single staff at breakfast service. Almost didn't get any rice.

Just asking for a towel takes hours, calls to reception are not answered, the worst service

Wifi bagus dan lancar, kamar cukup luas dan interior mendukung untuk pekerjaan. Mohon kursi dan tempat tidur perlu dibersihkan dengan vacuum cleaner, agar tamu merasa lebih nyaman saat menggunakannya. Terima kasih.

It looks like the hotel is quite old. Minus: the plug is already wobbling and coming out like it's going to be ripped out of the wall, so I'm scared too. The sheets and blankets were torn. The bathroom walls need repair, when leading to the bedroom the door is wide open, maybe it's just been cleaned, but it's a good idea to close it again so that guests feel safe when they enter. Towels were not given. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness under the chairs, hotel staff 🙏. Plus: there are 2 fairly large glasses prepared, water heater kettle, hair dryer, friendly reception staff

The CS is not friendly & there is no smile, greeting & greeting.

The suite room is not worthy of being called a suite room. Small window facing the wall. The towels are old and thin. The sink water doesn't work so it's difficult to brush your teeth.

Sorry in advance, but this is the first and last time I stay here. Hopefully this is the only experience I have had. First, 5 minutes after entering the room, someone knocked on the door. Honestly, I was scared because I was alone and there was no door view at the door of the room, so I couldn't see who was in front of my room. There was no talking and knocking, finally I asked "who?" Not answered. Well, I was let in, not long after the bell, I asked again "who is it?" Then he answered "I asked for a towel, right?" I didn't ask for a towel, so I said "I think it's the wrong room" he called my room number, then I said try reconfirming it with the receptionist. I also called the receptionist, then he said there were no towels in the room. Well, how about it, let me know or just wait for me to ask. This is a Barbie so I'm excited. Second, the hallway in front of the room feels like it's at school break time for elementary school students, it's really noisy. Maybe this doesn't always happen, but when I stayed overnight the situation was like a children's playground outside the room until midnight. Third, the sheets and pillowcases had lots of stains like in the photo, the sheets were also torn, the ceiling of the room was damp from water seepage. When I entered the room it smelled musty, the door handles of the room and bathroom seemed to be clicking. The bathroom is dirty, the closet and floor are not cleaned, the soap dish makes me want to cry. Then the printout looks like it hasn't been refilled. Tired. That's all, I'm tired of typing 🥲 Pay more attention, especially cleanliness. Because no matter how old school the building is, if it's clean, people will be comfortable staying there.
