Standard and decent hotel. Staff are quite friendly.

Maybe it’s just my experience, because other customer seems to be happy. So no offense please. Firs thing first, the building pict isnt the most current picture. Second, you have to aware there are 2 almost identical name. My hotel @KL sentral and My hotel @sentral. For my hotel @KL sentral, your room could possibly located beside the administration lobby where you check in/out. This feels so insecure for me because i love calling for operator asking for services or questions. Or going downstairs to ask them privately. In my case, if you have any urge or emergency, you have to get out of the building, on to the sidewalk, and get in to the other building. First experience of this concept. Your key would be the lock to the door’s access btw, and the phone in the room is off. My room is completety an awkward version. Totally different from the picture, where you’re showed cupboards beside the bed. And spaces to move. For a standard room. My room is absolutely below standard. It was a war, not a struggle anymore, to fit 2 open luggage in to the room. The bathroom is quite good, with clean toilet, warm water shower, clean white tiles. But as some reviewers have said, ants are everywhere. And eventhough you dont see it, check your snack or your food.

The location is right in the center, very close to NU Sentral station so it is very convenient to walk around. The room is spacious but the bathroom is still simple. But I mostly go out all day, only come back to rest at night, so with the price quite cheap, I don't ask for too much.

The receptionist should be more friendly and properly give directions to customers.

I've been to this hotel twice but always get a different building. What's the difference between the same building? The AC is not cool enough.

Improve the cleanliness of the room. Yesterday I found the bedcover smelled like it hadn't been changed by the previous guest.

highly recommend staying here...close to everywhere, I chose a room with 3 beds...the room space is quite spacious...so I can freely put my suitcase when packing the items to be brought home. the bedroom and bathroom are clean, there is a mini fridge, hair dryer too. the staff is quite helpful. and when I stayed I got a price of around 300 thousand...quite cheap, right...

friendly staff especially the admin..we arrived at 12 noon because the room was only ready at 2..the admin offered to leave our suitcases and the guys could go around first..without us asking..quick..strategic location near the central area..it's really easy to find food..the central location is really crowded..the only minus is the small room, and the area is a bit noisy..but it's clean and the price is really good..definitely low budget

The location is good, near mall and public transportation

The hotel receptionist isn't very welcoming. There are two hotels with similar names, which can be confusing. A clear sign should be placed to indicate that My Hotel @ Kuala Lumpur sentral is the closest to the monorail, while My Hotel @ Sentral is located at the corner.

Forget to take the photos, but very recommended hotel to stay.

Recommended place to stay. The place is clean and tidy. The staff is Indian. The staff is friendly and helpful if we need help leaving things. Close to the city center so it's not far to go anywhere. Behind the hotel there is also a Queen mall. If you want to find breakfast, there is also one next to the hotel.

Location near kl sentral. Many restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms are a bit small. Quite clean. According to the price. Staff are quite friendly.
