The room is spacious, I ordered a twin bed and was upgraded to a king bed. I was very lucky and didn't incur any additional charges. Masha Allah, thank you Zamrud Hotel Malioboro.

Please continue to improve the cleanliness. The check-in process is slow, and the staff often suddenly opens the room. I was sleeping twice yesterday and the staff suddenly opened the room without knocking. The bedsheets are full of stains. Strategic location.

The hotel is quite good, close to the city center. You can find food right outside the hotel. There's also a laundry service right next to the hotel. It has hot water, perfect for those tired from a long journey.

What needs to be added is a trash can in the room, coffee and tea, tissues too. All the staff are friendly.

So far so good, cleanliness is okay, thank you very much to the receptionist for helping me check in.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the towels are 2 very wide, clean and thick, very pleasant, the distance is very close to Lempuyang station, the staff are friendly and allow us to leave our bags first when checking out, basically it's not a loss if you stay here at that price.

This hotel with a price below 150k is very cheap, yesterday I booked 4 rooms for a group and they were very satisfied. This hotel is not far from Lempuyangan Station, the distance is only 800m, the staff is good, thank you.

It's really worth it with a pocket-friendly price near Malioboro, the facilities are also okay, clean, the AC is also cold, there's just no elevator but overall it's okay, it's not noisy with the environment, comfortable for introverts like me and my husband. The staff is super duper friendly, you can check in early too.

The curtains are no longer usable, the pillows smell of drool, the bathroom also smells and the bathroom door can't be closed. The bathroom on the first floor is broken and destroyed.
