Affordable for a 4-day, 3-night stay, close to everything, Malioboro, and strategically located. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the staff tidies the room, changes the sheets, and more. Overall, I was satisfied.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just a shame the room cleanliness is not maintained well.

My room was originally a superior room, but the receptionist said I was upgraded to a sweet room, but it turned out to be very dirty. The floor was still dusty, the towels smelled bad, the bathroom was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, and the room smelled really bad.

It's great, but it's a bit far to Malioboro, but it's also cheap to take GoCar. Thank you, the staff are friendly, the rooms are cleaned every day, only the bathroom is not very clean, hopefully there will be improvements. I just came home from staying 3 days at Zamrud.

The room is spacious, I ordered a twin bed and was upgraded to a king bed. I was very lucky and didn't incur any additional charges. Masha Allah, thank you Zamrud Hotel Malioboro.

Please continue to improve the cleanliness. The check-in process is slow, and the staff often suddenly opens the room. I was sleeping twice yesterday and the staff suddenly opened the room without knocking. The bedsheets are full of stains. Strategic location.

The hotel is quite good, close to the city center. You can find food right outside the hotel. There's also a laundry service right next to the hotel. It has hot water, perfect for those tired from a long journey.

What needs to be added is a trash can in the room, coffee and tea, tissues too. All the staff are friendly.

Dirty bathroom, no lock/latch, striped TV screen, little soap

The room is spacious, clean and tidy, the towels are 2 very wide, clean and thick, very pleasant, the distance is very close to Lempuyang station, the staff are friendly and allow us to leave our bags first when checking out, basically it's not a loss if you stay here at that price.

The place is quite comfortable, close to Lempuyangan Station, you can walk, the staff are also friendly and help carry your suitcase to the room on the 3rd floor.
