The sheets and blankets were dirty and smelled of urine. I complained but it was ignored even though I booked 2 suites for 2 nights. The bathroom floor was dirty and had never been cleaned. The AC and hot water were okay, but the rest was very lacking.

This was my first time staying here. The service was good, the hotel facilities were good, neat, and clean. The location is close to the station. The bed made me sleep soundly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the AC was cold. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you for the service ☺

I liked the hotel. It's quite close to Lempuyangan Station. There are gallon jugs on each floor for refilling tumblers. Wi-Fi is also available. Unfortunately, there's no elevator. The bathroom smells a bit but works well. The curtains are too thin and don't cover the entire window, but the bedroom and ambiance are comfortable. Although there are some minor shortcomings with the toilet and curtains, overall, the hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly.

There is no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Just review that, so you know that if you bring elderly people, don't come here, it's a shame to go up and down the stairs.
