My first impression when I arrived at this hotel was beautiful, cool and calm. But it turns out the building is old, so many parts of the hotel need to be renovated and access to the front office requires going up and down stairs. There is no swimming pool area for children, the shallowest depth is around 130cm, so if you swim with children, you must always be accompanied into the swimming pool. The swimming pool water is super clear, clean, and the chlorine doesn't sting (in fact, when you open your eyes in the water, your eyes don't feel sore). The inside of the room is neat, clean, there are no strange smells or noise from around the room, but unfortunately access to the swimming pool cannot be directly from the room door, the reason the hotel staff is permanently locked is because the rooms on the 1st floor are a non-smoking area. In my opinion, if it's not allowed, there shouldn't be a need to use a door-shaped component, because to be honest, when I initially booked at this hotel, I was convinced that there was direct access to the swimming pool from the room. Moreover, the door, which is also a window for light sources from outside, is not coated with vitrase, you can imagine how transparent the door is, it is even a bit uncomfortable for me who wears the hijab, so when I open the curtains on the door, I have to wear the hijab all the time. even though he was relaxing in his room. The room key was a bit difficult to lock, even though I used a card, I also saw several rooms locked manually using a padlock from outside when the room was not being rented by guests. The room telephone line also doesn't work at all, I complained but the staff didn't provide a solution, whereas in my opinion the room telephone line is very important for being able to ask/complain to the hotel staff. So I have to go back and forth to the front office and have to go up and down the stairs. Thank God, the food is delicious and varied. You are also allowed to eat by the pool, there are lots of chairs to sit on, and the pool area is always kept clean and dry so it doesn't get dirty and is safer for children when walking.
