You can use identification such as your ID card to check in, and the service is quite good. The room I stayed in was quite clean with good facilities such as a TV (a regular TV, not a smart TV), a wardrobe, a locker for storing your bag, 2 towels, 2 bottles of water, and so on. There was no restaurant when I was there, but the plus point is there are lots of snacks around the hotel, so you just have to go out a little bit and find something to eat.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff are nice and friendly.

The room is cool, clean, and fragrant. The downside is that smoking has to be done in the lobby.

You can borrow a spoon. There's hot water for making noodles. If you're selling far away, make sure you buy snacks. You only get one towel, but complain the next day, you'll be given two before you can sleep. Weekend prices are still affordable.

Dusty room and the air conditioning is not conditioning, but the good thing is the room is soo spacious!

Room 209 could use some improvement, the shower was small and the TV had no channels, and the AC seemed old so it was a bit difficult to turn on. Otherwise, it was okay.

Place is ok, clean, good service

The room was extremely damp, with a lingering cigarette odor. The room I stayed in had no windows, which exacerbated the dampness and the smell. It didn't feel comfortable or safe, so I decided not to stay here and booked another hotel. I didn't mind spending more money than staying here.

The staff are friendly and very polite, so that reduces the minus points of the facilities because the AC is not cold enough, the AC makes an uncomfortable sound, the bathroom is not clean enough, including the pillows which are no longer suitable, the TV cannot be used, it is difficult to operate.

The bathroom is full of leeches (small worms/small leeches), there are still animals on the walls. The room is dusty, I have to wear a mask to sleep because I keep coughing.. The parking lot is in a field with lots of weeds and the smell of cat feces.. Dirty towels... The AC is a bit hot.. Only warm water works well..

The staff is helpful so far, it could be a hotel of choice for those who are on a sudden and low budget to Bandung. If there is a need in this area, I am sure I will make it my choice.
