Clean, friendly, close to the city center and tourist destinations. I stayed on the 4th floor, unfortunately there is no elevator.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the distance from the town square is close and the air is cool in June-July.

The hotel staff is very responsive in serving guests. The hotel is very comfortable and its location is close to Batu square.

Friendly staff, suggestions... hopefully in the future there will be an additional lift facility🙏🙏

The service is very friendly but the room has no AC.. Lots of mosquitoes make sleep a bit disturbed.. There is no lift even though I got a room on the 4th floor.. the wifi network doesn't reach the 4th floor

Big room size, nice view. The hotel staff is friendly, even though there is no AC but because Batu is a cold city, it is comfortable. This is my 2nd time to Batu city, never disappointed with this city.

Overall, great stay. Just the toilet in my room needs a little fixing. Note, rooms here got no air conditioning. It may be okay since Batu is in general a rather low temperature.

Affordable hotel with amazing view, friendly staff, no AC maybe because the air temperature is already cold, unfortunately the bathroom window ventilation faces directly to the front corridor and the gap is quite wide, for the sake of safety and comfort it would be better to fix it to avoid unwanted things from irresponsible people. Overall good and fun 🙏.

Water is off for a long time, hot water is on and off. Food is not varied, just enough to be there.
