This was my first time staying here. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, friendliness, and service of the staff from check-in to check-out. Mr. Haris, a staff member, was very helpful from the moment we checked in. He was on duty at the front of the hotel. Thank you, sir 🙏. Thank you to all the staff at D'prima Hotel.

Very comfortable and easy to find things around the hotel

Notes 1. Not recommended for smokers. Beware of being scammed, as all rooms are non-smoking, even though there's a smoking sign that wasn't crossed out when ordering. Even though I've placed a special order for a smoking room, it still doesn't work. Why not just reject it? This is a thinly veiled scam, and I'm so emotional. Tomorrow, put up a label for all rooms that are non-smoking, okay? Hey, smart hotel management! 2. The rooms aren't soundproof, so if you're a new couple or someone in a relationship, be careful what you hear. 3. Only the security is nice and very nice. 4. Overall, bad, and you'll be banned for life.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and fragrant room, delicious food, strategic location, affordable price. Cons: TV is still standard, only broadcasts local channels even though the executive room with bathtub is priced at 1000k+/n, the water for the shower is only lukewarm even though I stayed on a weekday, not suitable for soaking in the cold.

The hotel interior is aesthetic, and there are cool photo spots.

Fast check-in, before 2 pm we were able to enter the room. The security guards and receptionists were friendly. Fast wifi. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended, next time I'll come here again.

The hotel and the room are very clean, the toothbrush is very comfortable, not like most hotels and the best...

SLEEPING IS SO GOOD HERE! Because the mattress and pillows are so uncomfortable, like in the clouds. I even had to add more because I still wanted to sleep here! The room is soooooo beautiful, like a royal room. I also stayed here before it became a d prima hotel. This hotel has been the best since long ago! It's just a shame the parking lot is like a snot:( I often get confused about parking when it's full.

Very strategic hotel for sure, near some top-visit malls and not too far from iconic tourist spots. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The ambience of the hotel itself was great, like being brought back to French vintage. The room was quite cozy, but if you get the room near the main road, it's so noisy. And one minus that I noticed, the shower was broken and there's leaking under the sink. Overall, it's great.

Very friendly staff, very child-friendly security. At first I got a room with a less than cold AC, I asked to move straight away and got a room with a cold AC 🥰 The room is very clean, God willing, I want to stay here again sometime. Please improve the cleanliness of the pool, sis.

This hotel is very comfortable & luxurious. My suggestion, guests only ask for ice, why should there be an add charge. Even though guests consume.
