Recommended hotel in Bukittinggi, the location is close to tourist attractions and culinary places, the atmosphere and service are also good and friendly. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

Highly recommended for friends to stay here. The service is really good, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean and fragrant. There is a lift that makes it easy for us to access the room, especially for the elderly, they don't have to get tired climbing stairs, the bathroom is clean, the hot water works, it's really the best. The hotel room is large and comfortable, hot water is also available even though you have to wait for the water to be turned on for 5 minutes.

Kamarnya bersih, walau terlihat lama tapi cleanliness nya ok sekali. Bikin nyaman. Front office nya juga ramah dan cepat tanggap. Minusnya makanan di sini seadanya, asin. Dan wifi bermasalah tidak sampai kamar.

Hotelnya old but kamarnya large bersih setiap hari mobil di lap untuk breakfast menunya kurang variatif tp rasanya masakan enak and ada kettle bisa masak air panas untuk seduh kopi or teh.

The rooms are spacious and clean, strategic location. Online check-in at this hotel is very helpful. Good Service. There were no tissues provided in the room and the TV remote didn't work. The shower water took a long time to get hot. The breakfast is standard. Overall Good😊.

Central location. Walking distance to Jam gadang. Rooms in excellent condition but not the toilet. Need some improvement for the toilet. Looks really old. Few restaurants nearby and a supermarket.

The condition of the hotel since 2012 when I worked there has not been much different. Need to refresh room accessories, such as TV. Water heater. Furniture. Pillow. Meanwhile, there have been wider changes to parking. For food according to taste. Hopefully charisma will be more successful.

The room is clean and smells good, the first impression is satisfying.

The rooms are no less than 3/4 star hotels, all complete and fragrant. Hopefully the next door will be upgraded to a more practical hotel door because I had a bit of trouble locking the door. Another suggestion, if possible, is to have a telephone number and cafe/restaurant menu provided in each room to make it easier for customers to order food. For breakfast, hopefully the menu will be added to a menu that can be consumed by babies or toddlers. But overall everything is good, I like it and will come back another time ❣.

An old hotel that is still kept clean, it seems that the interior has just been renovated. What's interesting about this hotel is the location and service, every morning our car is always washed, the food is pretty decent. Continued success for the charisma of the hotel and continue to maintain the service. Thank You.

The hotel is close to the Clock Tower and the city center. The rooms are clean and the service is good. The food menu is quite good. The drawback is that there are very few TV shows, even though local TV and the picture is not clear.

Getting better. The interior has been updated. The best value recommendation hotel. But the hot water shower runs out quickly. All hotel staff are friendly.
