Sorry, the room I ordered was a bit expensive but the future room had a large and unkempt trash can. The bathroom is also not clean. The sheets and pillows are not clean enough. Finally I asked for another room that was cheaper, so I actually lost. Buy for a good price but sleep in a room that is a cheaper class level. First enter the room the smell of the room is not good. Dirty and unkempt hotel.

I was in there for one night. First room I got is very dirty I found a rat on the bed and they changed to other room but the air conditioning it doesn’t working properly as well so they changed again to the last room It’s very bad cause the room don’t have a bin and this hotel it’s very uncomfortable that night at 00:27 AM someone trying to open my door. First time I heard someone knocking but didn't say anything and then trying to open it. It was very terrible. Unsafely, Unclean, uncomfortable.

The hotel clerk was not friendly, everything had to be requested (towels, soap, drinking water, trash can, tissue paper). If you want to take a shower, you have to go back and forth to the clerk asking for the water to be blamed during the stay. There was one day the room key was taken by the owner home and could not enter the room. Finally I had to wait for the room key to be brought back to the hotel. unbelievably bad service. Very disappointing. And I saw two mice passing by in front of the other rooms. During my stay the room was never cleaned. If I go to sentani again, I will spend the night in my other hotel. thanks.
