Friendly staff. Interesting & strategic location. Cleanliness in the toilet is a little lacking. Everything is good except parking because the hotel does not have its own parking. You have to park your car at a public parking lot 250 meters from the hotel. But it's ok, the parking is covered & there is a guard. Overall, it's suitable for the price

The hotel is clean and the service is good

House keeping not satisfaction.

The room is not comfortable. The toilet bowl liner is broken/torn off and the toilet water pipe is leaking.. Ask for a twin bed but get a queen bed.. the view outside the window is dirty and noisy. Will not stay here again.

Location wise awesome. Should improve on guest parking only.

Fun, clean and friendly but the breakfast is not very good quality side dishes too.

Palace Hotel will always be our favorite choice for family gateway. Location is perfect, closed to local stores (such as groceries, foods & clothes) and LRT Masjid Jamek. The staff are the best and the breakfast too, thumbs up!

Okay food. The hotel clerk is also friendly. It's just that the room smells musty.

I like to spend the night here, quiet, clean and can also get key chain souvenirs.

Old building hotels, street access to enter the hotel is very small.

The room is less cold AC needs to be serviced.

The superior message is upgraded to deluxe at no additional cost. Thank you.

Strategic place to eat, shop, close to public transportation, Grab is easily affordable and quick to come.

When we stayed at this hotel, at the same time as the Thaipusam Day celebration in KualaLumpur. The streets around the hotel are totally jammed, so you have to walk some distance from being stuck in traffic.

The service is good and close to shopping malls.
