A second terrible experience and service. I booked a suite and was given a deluxe, but only after much protest was I given the correct room. Please pay attention to your performance and avoid giving rooms that don't match your reservation. The hotel should have checked the room type before handing out the key!

There's no soap or shampoo provided. The vibe is pleasant, like being in a village, even though it's located in the middle of the city. Hotel slippers aren't provided, and you have to ask for them.

The hotel was comfortable, but the staff at check-in were unprofessional. When asked which room was next door, they just kept looking around. It would be better to provide mosquito repellent, lotion, or something, because there are so many mosquitoes. The other staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is very nice and Instagrammable. However, it's a shame that the breakfast food isn't very tasty and there's only a limited variety.

This is an older hotel, but it's been completely renovated, with improvements in design and furniture. It even has a smart TV. However, the restaurant requires access from a different building. Overall, I recommend it.
