I called to ask for a trolley from 11.00 but it never came.. I called the second time and it still didn't come.. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel and asked for a trolley so many times but it wasn't served.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The mall was very close, and the hotel had a very comfortable atmosphere.
