Very comfortable.... Keep going and keep spirit!

Cleanliness needs to be improved further and all room facilities are okay.

On August 9, 2026, I stayed. When I wanted breakfast, we were moved to a room near the swimming pool (due to restaurant renovations), which was very uncomfortable, dirty, and smelly. During my stay, I upgraded to a deluxe room, and the upgrade included breakfast, but the receptionist hadn't noted it, so when I ate, they charged me. If the food was decent, we wouldn't mind paying any amount. But the food presentation was completely inadequate, and the menu was far from adequate. There are warungs on the side of the road that are more suitable. Very disrespectful to guests.

Ample parking, hot water available, comfortable and clean rooms.

Best hotel in town, clean and great.

The place is comfortable. You can still check in even after 8 p.m.

The toast was too hard, not soft enough, and the variety of jams wasn't great. The food was also lacking in variety. I was planning to go swimming, but was informed upon check-in that the pool was currently unavailable.

Clean, the food is delicious. Close to everything.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facilities were decent, with free pool access, but the pool was sometimes very crowded during swimming classes. The air-conditioning wasn't that cold, but it was fine. Another thing, the shower spray was a bit of a surprise, haha. I don't know why I tried calling the restaurant several times but there was no response.

The FO hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and soundproof, the hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and is close to the city.

Staff: Friendly/security is not very quick to direct guests, maybe only 1 person is on duty. Location: Plus, close to the city center looking for culinary, but in front of the hotel there is delicious fried rice. Comfort: So-so (room lacks charging plugs, bathroom is quite clean but hot water takes 10-15 minutes to wait). Food: I didn't try it because when checking out at 7 am and the staff didn't remind me/inform the staff about boxed rice. Overall it's so-so but if you go to Madiun and want to find a hotel with a budget of 350 thousand (weekdays) it's okay because it's close, just walk to the town square.

Clean room, responsive staff, need additional water heater for making drinks where coffee/tea is provided but there is no heater.

It's comfortable, but it's not soundproof enough, if you want to do karaoke, feel sorry for the people outside.

Overall, the accommodation was comfortable, very good value during peak season, the room was large, suitable & comfortable for my family of 6 people. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, in the middle of the city although it is a bit of a detour & tucked away. There are many rooms & ample parking space, the atmosphere is quiet, not much traffic passing by. Because it is an old hotel, it needs attention to the maintenance of the room facilities & hotel amenities as well as improving the cleanliness and breakfast menu. The service from the hotel & restaurant staff is good & friendly. It will be our hotel of choice if we have to stay in Madiun City again.

Comfortable, there is a lift so it is not difficult to carry things up and down the stairs.
