Friendly staff, hotel location near the beach, clean swimming pool.

Overall, it was very pleasant. It's a shame the air conditioner leaked at the end of the check-out period.

Next to the beach. Part of Hotel was under construction , but I was not disturbed by this work. The room is big and a bit outdated. Need also attention for the customers. Staff was super friendly and helpfull

I booked a deluxe room, the room was as shown in the photo, comfortable atmosphere, balcony with pool view, all the staff were friendly, I borrowed prayer equipment and it was given to me immediately, stayed for 2 nights, the room was cleaned immediately on the second day, so it was comfortable to sleep again, the security guard was very friendly, like family, please increase the security guard's salary 😁🥰

The security is good, it's like BCA bank, super friendly, the hotel staff is also very helpful, only there is no welcome drink when we want to check in, maybe in the future it will be given, the breakfast is varied, the swimming pool is comfortable, for comfortable rooms there are only a few rooms that have glass that already has items, maybe provide a hairdryer, we bring our own hairdryer from home, maybe upgrade the TV so it's a bit bigger so it's comfortable to watch, the view is right facing the beach, we booked 3 rooms, 2 super deluxe, 1 junior suite, try the hotel offer to combine them into a family room so we can be together.. maybe 1 more service to the vehicle maybe before checking out it would be good to have a car wash facility before we go back because there is a lot of dust because there is a new construction process.

The room was clean, but the door couldn't be locked from the outside, and I had to tell the bellboy to lock it several times. The bathroom door, for the price of a standard room like that, was heavy, covered in zinc, if I'm not mistaken, and it was difficult to open once it was locked. The smell of the toilet sometimes drifted into the bathroom, which was annoying. Everything else was fine.

Surken is always special.. Spacious, clean room. One of the special things is when there is a storm at night, the entire Pangandaran area has blackouts.. And only our hotel remains lit, the generator is working well🙂

The staff is nice, the junior suite room is very comfortable.

Recommended, spacious, comfortable rooms, delicious food, suggestion: swimming pool, if possible there should be one for toddlers.

The service is great. Please make the floor in the restaurant the same level. Those near the omelet stand often stumble because the floor height is slightly different.

There is no elevator, so it's a bit lazy to get in and out of the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located near the beach, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room is not well taken care of. There were 4 cockroaches in my room, it was a shame.

My husband from his office has slept here several times, for me this is the second time, the first was on the 3rd floor which is super deluxe and very comfortable, now I'm trying the junior suite, wow, the room is very comfortable, the bed is big, the toilet has hot water all the time, the food is varied and the taste is delicious...

The hotel location is near the beach, crossing the road directly to the beach, the staff are friendly and very helpful, especially the security guard. It's just a shame that many of the facilities need to be repaired, maybe because the hotel is old, the room I stayed in had an air conditioner that wasn't cold, breakfast didn't have many variations, the taste was also ordinary, food presentation can use containers with lids because the restaurant is an open space, yesterday I saw a fly landing on the food. Hopefully in the future it can be better again

The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful from the moment you arrive at the hotel until you leave the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are on vacation in Pangandaran.
