This is the umpteenth time I stayed, because it's comfortable again and access to the mall is just across the street.

The hotel is clean, with decent amenities. To extend our stay, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Otherwise, we wouldn't get a room cleaned, refilled with drinking water, or replaced with towels. Oh yeah, the towels and other things were clean. The hotel is close to everything, right in front of the mall, making it easy to find food and other things. In my opinion, the hotel staff provided the best service. Before check-in time, the room was ready, and we were allowed in. They were always helpful. I ordered food that needed to be refrigerated, and it was received and placed in the restaurant's refrigerator. Everything was made very easy. They were nice, both offline and online. Very satisfying with affordable price.

At breakfast, many plates, spoons, and food were empty, but not refilled. They were only refilled when people asked.

Affordable hotel. Delicious food. Close to everywhere.

The rooms were not very clean, the towels were not absorbent, there were no tissues in the rooms, and there were no towels in the swimming pool area. The menu was not varied, and there was no animal protein like chicken or meat, just omelets.

Unfortunately, there is no chicken curry flavored Indomie for breakfast.... It's always chicken soup flavored Indomie... I've suggested it before but it hasn't changed.

Sorry for the towel, I think it's better to use the old model. Because it's wider and absorbs water. The new towel is shorter and doesn't absorb water at all. Besides, I like it and will stay here again during holidays and if there are family events. Thank you

Favorite place to stay when going to Jakarta.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was comfortable, but smelled a little of cigarette smoke because I forgot to ask for a non-smoking room at check-in.

Old hotel, old facilities. The air conditioning is old and not cold. The towels also seem very old. The sheets and blankets are also outdated. However, it's nice, with easy access and a fairly tasty and varied breakfast.

I think this is the only room I was not satisfied with regarding the air conditioner. They need to fix it.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a refrigerator and hairdryer. The bathroom was spotless, and the room service was excellent.
