For parents who want to take their children to the Atmajaya BSD campus, the hotel is located close to Atmajaya BSD University, with lots of places to eat, highly recommended.

The hotel is exceptionally clean compared to other hotels at a similar price. The breakfast menu is also top-notch, with breakfast included for the low price, a rarity. The hotel's location is also very strategic, close to a pharmacy, gas station, Teras Kota Mall, and restaurants with a wide variety of menu options. It's simply top-notch. The best hotel in its class.

Very regular if there is an event at ICE BSD. In front of the hotel there is Eka Hospital, many food stalls and cafes around. The hotel is quite clean and the staff is friendly. With an affordable price, you can get fried rice for breakfast. Next time I'll stay again

Citismart is a small hotel without stars but it is pleasant and makes you feel at home, with the right price/day, with a location that is easy to access anywhere without any hassle if you don't bring your own vehicle, moreover the service from the staff is quite fast, even though the breakfast menu served is always the same, and I have been staying here for almost 1 month.

Be careful guys, this time during my staycation at 1am I was knocked on many times by the hotel staff and the room door suddenly opened. I couldn't even open it anymore!! It's disturbing the privacy of honest people, I'm so shocked that now why did it open?! And it seems like it's not open anymore, sorry

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is quite nice. But please note, there are many children who are not clear hanging out on the stairs going up to the 2nd floor, and hanging out in the parking lot. Very noisy and disturbing. Please be orderly and pay attention.

Bad experience, be careful. I stayed on the 5th floor, a stranger (not a hotel staff) suddenly banged on the room and said something indecent. I was very disturbed.

It was a bit uncomfortable when I entered, I could smell cigarettes. Especially in the elevator, the smell was really strong. Then, I didn't get a towel in the room. Luckily I brought one. Because it was close to the office and the price was quite cheap, I booked here. The staff were friendly, which was good.
