Friendly staff ✔️ I stayed here for 2 nights, but the first night I had a slight problem with the bathroom. While I was having a bowel movement, the toilet suddenly wouldn't flush, 🥲 and the shower wouldn't either. 🥲 I immediately contacted the staff, and thankfully, they quickly fixed it. ✔️ I'd suggest fixing the bathroom water, as it wasn't flowing very fast. The breakfast menu during my 2-night stay also varied. The main course only had 3 side dishes, but it was okay, and the menu was different every day. ✔️ The atmosphere is comfortable, shady with lots of trees. ✔️

The food is delicious, there is room service, but unfortunately the motorbike parking is outside for those who stay overnight, even though there is also a car parking right in front of the room, we were apprehensive even though there is security in the motorbike parking lot but it is rarely seen there. Very satisfying in terms of service and cleanliness, the only downside is that the wifi is a bit slow (the connection is not strong enough).

The hotel is nice, the view is nice, the room is also nice, only the bathroom might need to be upgraded a little better, the current bathroom is like the bathroom of a guesthouse or budget accommodation, it needs to be upgraded….!

The location of this hotel is very strategic from the center of Palu, the hotel staff is friendly and fast response, the atmosphere is very pleasant, suitable for families who want family time, the atmosphere is beautiful with lots of trees, clean, cool, wifi is also available, only for food it is less varied :). thank you jazz hotel, next time God willing visit again :)

The location is strategic, only the bathroom and room are not very clean and there is no elevator.

When I wanted to enter the room, I found a room that was still messy.

The bathroom was bad, the smell reached the room.
