The hotel staff was friendly, but the wifi wasn't working, when we checked in there was no towel, the bedroom floor was dirty and sticky, the walls and ceiling were leaking and damp, the bathroom wasn't dry and there were small black caterpillars.

The AC wasn't cold, the bathroom door wouldn't close, so I went up to the 3rd floor via the stairs.
