The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the location is very strategic.

Awesome, very comfortable, want to stay here again

In the room when I stayed, the AC placement position was not good, so it directly affected us who were sleeping, while in the other bed/next to it it was not, so we had to turn the AC on and off often. Otherwise it would be hot and cold because it directly affected us. to be a concern for guest comfort.

It's quite good to stay with family near the food court near the station. The service is very friendly. The guards are also friendly. It's a shame I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool because the kid had a cold. Overall good.

Stayed at Hotel Alia Cikini for Raisa’s Ambivert showcase at Graha Bhakti Budaya, and it was a good choice, just a short walk to the venue, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The hotel has quite a clean, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere with a syariah concept, making it suitable for guests looking for a more modest and family-friendly stay. A solid option if you’re attending events around TIM.

The staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is quite good.. the location is strategic, it's easy to find food, but for breakfast, the side dishes are taken from the rations like getting free healthy food for school, sobs, hopefully in the future they can keep it as a buffet so that we feel appreciated and don't feel like we're begging for food...otherwise it's OK...

I had a great time while staying for 2 nights at Alia Cikini Hotel. Everything was superb: from the ambiance, room, cleanliness, service. Oh, and the food was also satisfactory. Definitely will go back here. Recommended for married couples.

It was right in front of TIM because there was an activity there. I didn't expect too much, but the bed was comfortable. Wide enough for 1 twin bed. Unfortunately, the floor was not very clean. The most painful thing was when taking a shower. The water coming out of the shower was very small, even the hot water took a long time to come out, sometimes half an hour. At that time, my child took a shower at 11 pm after the event. The hot water didn't come out, so I used cold water, I had turned it on and on but there was still no sign of it getting warm. Please check the shower again.
