The AC in the room doesn't seem to be working properly.... It's already 16 but it's not cold at all.

Strategic location near the mall, easy to find food, clean rooms. WiFi is sometimes available, sometimes not.

Overall, it's nice and comfortable, and the location is right in the city center. The only thing I could improve is the pillow I received yesterday, which is as big as a sack of grain. Perhaps the size could be improved.

The bathroom wasn't very clean and smelled bad. The AC wasn't cold enough, but overall, it was decent for a hotel in the city center.

Spacious room, located across from Lippo. Staff friendliness is standard, bathroom is a bit dirty. TV is small, better to upgrade to Android TV. Channels are not so great, although there are many. Thank you.

The experience of staying with family because of a business trip, so far quite satisfied, the only thing that makes it less clean is the spray, there are spots.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and most importantly the hotel environment, rooms, and bathrooms are very clean, equipped with amenities and there is a balcony outside each room.

The breakfast menu includes chicken capcay, koloke, fried noodles... Everything is delicious 👍

Located across from Lippo Plaza Jember, it's perfect for business trips. Spacious rooms with balconies, clean bathrooms, daily cleaning, and complete amenities. Breakfast isn't included, so you'll have to order food at the restaurant, but the price is quite affordable. Soundproofing is good, the air conditioning is cool, and the shower water is warm and clean.

A pleasant hotel, with an affordable price and spacious rooms. The hotel's location is strategic, right in front of Lippo Plaza Jember. So, you can easily reach Lippo Plaza Jember on foot. The hotel also has a great restaurant with a variety of dishes at affordable prices. So, if it's raining or you're feeling lazy, just walk to the restaurant and you'll get delicious food. =) Thank you.

Got a cheap price, with good facilities.. in front of Lippo is something wow in my opinion.. next time I go to Jember I want to stay there again
