I've loved staying here since 2017. The rooms are spacious, the beds are great. The bathrooms are spacious, the service is friendly, the security staff are so friendly they even opened the car door. It's even nicer now, with the smart TV making it even more comfortable, the food is delicious, and the prices are standard 💕

The hotel offers easy access to the city center and other destinations. The rooms are spacious and clean. Unfortunately, because they face the main road, you can still hear the noise of vehicles, especially when speeding.

The staff are quite friendly, but they seem to lack the experience to provide 4-star hotel quality service. They appear to be kids who have just graduated from school.

Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean. I was very satisfied with my stay here.

Visited this hotel for a short staycation, and overall, it was quite good. I was pleased that the welcome cake note was filled, thank you! It's a shame there aren't connecting rooms. The service and hospitality need to be improved. Breakfast variety and taste also need to be improved. What was quite concerning was the nighttime noise from motorbikes, which was quite disturbing. Cleanliness also needs to be improved, as some food left in front of the room wasn't immediately cleaned up.

The curtain rail in my room was broken, so the curtain wouldn't close completely. I reported it to the staff, but it took sooooo long to arrive, so I just had to hang it myself because I had to wait so long for the staff.

The bedsheet has brown stains, in the future please pay attention so that bedsheets that already have stains do not be used again... because some people are tickled if there are stains.

Thank you for upgrading our previous room from a suite to a penthouse. The food quality was very poor, and the variety was far from standard. This needs to be improved. The view and access to the hotel are very close to restaurants, factory outlets, and the mountain views are really cool... overall, it's okay.
