The room is comfortable.. This is the second time at Platinum Hotel.. Thank God I got it on the 6th floor.. For the children to rest, the atmosphere is calmer.. Compared to the first on the 10th floor.. For the variety of breakfast food, it is quite a lot and varied.. It also tastes good.. For hotel security.. This second time I feel safer than the first.. Because from outside not just anyone can enter (like last year).. There was a stranger who was able to follow us to the elevator area..😂 Apart from that, the staff is also friendly.. Thank you Platinum Hotel..🩷

The staff is friendly, the menu is extensive, but I had an unpleasant experience with security. When I brought a motorcycle, they immediately pointed some unpleasant questions at me. I should have checked first, is it really not worth staying there if I'm bringing a motorcycle?

I've been a regular when I've been to Balikpapan. There's plenty of food and an Indomaret nearby. The rooms are always clean. The staff are all friendly.

Had an amazing stay at Platinum Hotel Balikpapan. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the personalized welcome message on the TV—such a thoughtful touch that made the experience feel special. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The ambiance of the hotel is calm and luxurious, making it a perfect place to relax. Facilities are excellent and well-maintained. Overall, a truly outstanding experience. Highly recommended and definitely one of the best stays I’ve had. Will absolutely come back again

All the staff are very friendly ❤️. As soon as we arrived in front of the lobby, the security greeted us warmly, and the bellboy immediately came out of the building to bring our suitcases in. Likewise, when we finished checking in, the bellboy again offered to bring our suitcases to the room. Very good. The receptionist was also friendly, check-in didn't take long. The room was very clean, according to my request. During my stay, there was not a single complaint, to the point that my child was addicted and didn't want to go home from the hotel haha. Breakfast was also complete to the point where I was confused about what to eat haha. The swimming pool had clean water. There is also a mini playground, the children were happy. The parking attendants were also kind, when my husband wanted to cross the street to buy snacks in front of the hotel, he helped him cross. I was touched by the attention of the guests ❤️. Thank you Platinum Hotel, I hope to stay here again.
