Back to the price. This hotel had to ask questions frequently regarding the card not turning on when inserted (because the MCB for that room had not been turned on). The AC that did not turn on after the first problem was resolved, thought it was because it was dead and the remote was not turned on, eh turned out it was because the special MCB for the AC was still dead on the card. If the problems above were resolved, wow, the room was nice, spacious, the AC was cold, the TV used a regular antenna and most channels were live. The bathroom was okay, there was hot and cold water even though only cold water was used. Soap and shampoo were provided, the sink pipe had a slight leak, but back to the price. My wife approved of staying here again if there was an event at BNI City.

The receptionist was not on standby, at 2:00 PM we couldn't check in. The room was dirty as if it hadn't been cleaned, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet was clogged, and it wasn't clean when flushed.

The toilet was clogged, there was no water, the mattress was completely hard, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in a year, and there were no towels... When I checked in early, they said there were no rooms, but then they said they'd add money and get a room straight away. Many people were angry because the toilet was clogged and there was no water. Another thing: the room was incredibly dirty, with cigarette burns that hadn't been cleaned. They asked for towels repeatedly, told them they'd wait until later, but they didn't get them. After 6 days in 3 rooms, even one towel was torn.

It's normal, just like a normal person staying overnight.

Just the lift and location can be commended everything else is way too bad. If you are really on low budge that is alright otherwise it is just no worth it

The bedcover, bedsheets, and pillowcases are yellow. It looks like they're rarely washed. The room size doesn't meet expectations. The staff are friendly and responsive.
