The hotel is a bit old but well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast only has fried rice. The rooms are quite spacious.

Kamar mandi jorok, TV tidak bisa alasan gangguan, tambah bantal kena cas 15rb sedangkan hotel-hotel lain tidak kena cas, makanan tidak ada pilihan.

Tempat nya nyaman. Sarapan nya enak. Hanya pas mau masuknya aja agak bingung sebab posisi dari banyuwangi jadi harus sedikit putar balik. Google maps nya bingung 😁.

Family Room with facilities that are quite wide enough to make it easier for our family to carry out activities and maybe we can do more maintenance on facilities and infrastructure…. Recommendations 👍.

Spatious room, clean towel, OK for transit.

Banyak debu di kamar menyebabkan alergi debu muncul dan jalan menuju ke kamar di dekat toiletnya bau bangkai tikus sangat menyedihkan.

Not ready to receive guests, the receptionist is not alert.

Tidak berekspektasi terlalu tinggi karena memang rencana staycation sangat mendadak dan semua hotel di area garis pantai situbondo sudah full booked. Kesan pertama sangatlah baik ditunjukkan oleh mas resepsionis yang bertugas di malam hari, jumat 6 mei 2022. Proses check out juga sangat mudah dengan mas resepsionis yang sama pada pagi hari, sabtu 7 mei 2022. Sarapan menurut saya cukup baik, area sekitar hotel terdapat atm. Minusnya hotel minim penerangan sehingga menimbulkan kesan yang kurang bagus di malam hari. Overall nyaman dan keluarga saya puas menginap di Paiton Resort Hotel.

Cheap 5 rooms in 1 house for only 500 thousand but many have been damaged. Broken sofa. Dirty bathroom. AC is ok. Just ordinary food.

The hotel is quite comfortable for resting, because the initial purpose here is to rest because of the journey from Jakarta - Bali via land. Very happy to be served very friendly and polite. Because there is rarely something like that even though in 2 star hotels. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms. It's just a minus in 1 plug hole that doesn't work. Then get a la carte food because maybe the pandemic situation. Sorry no photos because I didn't have time to document it.

Very old Hotel, surrounded from 2 huge factories and power plants. Lack of maintenance and you can smell the pollutions all the time. Staff is friendly and helpful

Good place, staffs are very welcome, good breakfast. I thinks it affordable, and suitable for any budget travelling. need extra concern on cleaning

I booked cottage room and already paid & confirmed, unfortunatelly when we arrived there, recepcionist said fully booked, so finally we should stay at regular room

The room was not clean, the towels and bed linen were dirty.

waiting front office half an hour, because no one at the front office. there is also centipede in our room. fortunately I was wearing shoes.

The service is friendly and fast, the location is very strategic on the eastern pantura lane, comfortable rooms only the bathroom needs to be improved again, food for the breakfast is added to the variations.

More like a guesthouse than a 2-star hotel. Rooms are spacious but standard. Plus the air conditioner is cold. The toilet needs to be treated again. Receptionisr (female) staff is not friendly and not helpfull. Breakfast schedule until 10 but at 9 food is up. If only for sleeping in the morning for transit it is suitable, but not for families carrying small children. Just enough experience staying here.

Quite pleasant for a transit hotel in order to travel to Bali.

everything was ok for budget transit hotel. but the problem was at the very 1st beginning the securities were asking for money, that they said as "a gift" from Jakarta. I don't know if they were a securities for the Paiton Power Plant or for the cottages. but it was very annoying since they purposely delayed opening the gate in order to asked for "a gift" from Jakarta.
