The place is nice and strategic, but in terms of room facilities it is lacking, when we arrived we only got 1 sandal, no towel, no mat, and the TV was dirty. The bathroom was so muddy. Then for breakfast there was less variety. And in your opinion the taste was lacking. Only 3 types. And that was for decent food, you got tempura instead

First time staying here, and so far, yes, you can see from the survey above, it's really good, very satisfied and coincidentally I stayed in an executive room with an aurora, I really like it because I really love the sky, it's really the right healing for those who are still in the city.

The staff needs to be trained again, the guest has not checked out of the room but the room was opened by force even though the receptionist had confirmed it. Very rude and disappointing!

First time staying at Cleo overall satisfactory. Strategic location because it is close to the city center, close to the station, close to the shopping center and not difficult if you want to find food outside (because when you exit the hotel turn right it is full of food stalls) Maybe the parking facilities need to be improved, because for motorbikes or cars, especially motorbikes, the parking ceiling is too low. So for visitors who are around 170 cm tall, they will definitely have to bow their heads, besides it is also narrow, so when they want to go out they are reluctant to worry about not getting a parking space when they return. Apart from that, it's OK.
