Room cleanliness is excellent. The rooms, bedsheets, towels, all are clean and fresh! Breakfast is nice, complete, and worth the price. Staffs are great, helpful, and very polite. Overall, the hotel is satisfying, worth the price, thank you, keep up the good work.

The executive room is quite spacious and comfortable, but the AC is not cold enough, maybe because the bed is blocked by the wall, or maybe the AC is not cold enough.

I used to be here around 2019/2020 and it was good. I tried again in 2025, but the room was not maintained, the lights were dim and there were parts that really needed interior retouching. The signal was also bad and maybe yesterday I got a spare room so the view was not so good facing the neighboring building. Hopefully it can be improved again, especially for the rooms that are lacking in terms of view, at least the interior of the room is adequate. After all, guests come to rest 🙏

looks like it will be a favorite hotel. the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. the breakfast is also delicious and varied. around the hotel you can eat. also close to the mall. the staff is friendly and helpful. unfortunately without a swimming pool. next time will stay here again.

staying at zest sukajadi during the lebaran holiday was quite comfortable, all the staff were friendly, breakfast was quite varied, the main menu was changed every day, sis Anggi housekeeping was very good at tidying up the room, so staying for a long time felt comfortable. The hotel also has a position close to facilities such as malls, culinary places.

Recommendation for Zest Hotel Sukajadi, fast response when there is a problem in the room, clean. Only if the room faces the road if there is a vehicle with a shrill exhaust it can be heard, if the vehicle has a normal exhaust it can't be heard. Comfortable in my opinion, can be another choice when going there.

I have been a regular every holiday to Bandung, I definitely stay at this hotel because the city center is close to everywhere, the service is friendly, my only suggestion is that next time the breakfast section be a bit more responsive if there is an empty one, immediately refill it, maybe there are many staff on leave because of the holidays oh yeah, it's been 2 years since the spaghetti menu was available for breakfast, even though it was great, hopefully in the future there will be more the rest is all okay
