The staff was less than friendly, especially when the AC in the room couldn't be turned on. We asked the receptionist for help by phone but they didn't pick up. Then we went downstairs, it turned out the receptionist was on a personal call on her cell phone. Even then, we weren't served immediately, instead we had to wait for her to finish the call 🤦. They promised a technician would come to the room but after a long wait, no technician came. The receptionist came to fix the AC 🤦 (why not from the start, why did they have to use the technician excuse). The breakfast menu was quite varied but the taste was lacking.
