The staff was less than friendly, especially when the AC in the room couldn't be turned on. We asked the receptionist for help by phone but they didn't pick up. Then we went downstairs, it turned out the receptionist was on a personal call on her cell phone. Even then, we weren't served immediately, instead we had to wait for her to finish the call 🤦. They promised a technician would come to the room but after a long wait, no technician came. The receptionist came to fix the AC 🤦 (why not from the start, why did they have to use the technician excuse). The breakfast menu was quite varied but the taste was lacking.

The place is comfortable and the class of homestay is equivalent to hotel service.

Every month when I go to Jember, I always stay here. Literally every month. Even last month I stayed for 5 days and it felt like I had my own room, haha. I prefer the downstairs room because it's comfortable and crowded. My child doesn't wake up at all. Last month I got the upstairs room, which is a bit quieter, so it makes me more sensitive to my child. My child is indeed more sensitive than other normal children. I actually have a private house in BLS. But because I don't have any neighbors, the house is often empty, so it's a bit scary and disturbing for my child when I go there. Will always come back.
