Room clean and staff also nice, will return to this hotel again.

Nice the place safety for stay.

No proper plug. Couldn't charge my phone whole night. No proper main door lock. Cleanliness was acceptable but overall stay was unacceptable. No proper feedback from the receptionist when the issue was raised.

-The whole room smells cigarettes + -very noisy maybe because the wall thin + - the bed very rough and spring noisy + - hot water not function well. I cannot even shower with it.

Please see the aircond, double the room twice the hot aircond. Forced tido upside down, leg to head. It's crazy hot. The tv is dim, when you ask the housekeeper to say the aircond is really this, why is the lobby cool? Aircond roasting room.

Dirty toilet, hot water damaged tv, slow running aircond.

The room was dirty, the door was broken, the shower, the receptionist was not friendly.

Inconvenience because no lift provided, we have to walk up and down the stairs. Sounds insulation between the rooms are lousy ! We can clearly heard someone opened their door, laughing or talking. Have cigarette smell at the lobby & in the room. The phone line in room was malfunction. I can't sleep well because The mattress (single size) was as hard as wooden bed !

Non smoking room also smells awful. Pictures are for illustration purpose only. Unclean. Got skin allergic reaction from the bedsheets. Not sure due to cleaning agent or what.

Room was clean, hotel area was clean, room was very comfortable.

The stairs are too high. There is no lift. Not suitable for children

The place is decent and the room have very inviting vibe :)

Get another room from the reservation.

The plug-in room is small for use. Uncomfortable.

The bathroom water is the same like rain. Too small.

room not clean, very small room, no window. no place to put soap in the bathroom, hot water is limited, no drinking bottle provide, very bad staff at the reception counter, they won't allow you to complaint to their manager

The room is ok, reasonably priced, only the service in the service needs to be repaired again.

Rotten and itchy towels. WiFi does not exist. Dust room, cheap rates are suitable for budget hotels.

Rotten water and WIFI problem, if you are interested in internet connection, hotel here is not the place, others so far ok.
