The hotel service is good, the resto also OK. I think the towels in the toilet need to be replaced/renewed (the color of the towels is a bit dull/brown).

It's all good for the night I stay there except I couldn't really tell where I can get in from

fast service, strategic location, menu variety needs to be improved, clean rooms and comfortable beds

It's a very good hotel, it's not that far from malls, and it has easy access to tolls.

We stayed on New Year's Eve, and surprisingly, the chef delivered a chocolate bar straight to our room. Nice :) The view from the outdoor lounge on the 7th floor is really cool :) Also, the view from our room was great, even though the window was small. Thank you, Vasaka. It was a great moment for us!!

Have stayed here many times, it is a favorite choice for the Karya Group area.

I've stayed here several times and everything was fine, as per my booking on the app. But the last time I booked it wasn't as per the app. I was given a smoking room (even though I booked a non-smoking room), but the smell was everywhere. Even though I was told I'd be upgraded to an executive room (I think the room was the same), they said the room was full. Time to try another hotel. Thank you, Vasaka, for your service 🙏
