It was a very pleasant experience to get a free upgrade to a junior suite.

The hotel staff were all friendly... but check-in was a bit confusing because it's in a different building from the lobby. But in terms of the rooms, food, and cleanliness, everything was great...

Breakfast is priced at 150,000 Rupiah per pack, which is quite pricey. There's not much variety. The rooms and cleanliness are good.

The food variety isn't as extensive as it used to be. The pool isn't warm in the morning. The building is aging and needs renovation.

The best staycation with family and loved ones, a comfortable, safe and peaceful atmosphere, no disturbances and all the facilities are very comfortable to use.

The place is really nice, the view is especially cool.

Amartha Hills is perfect for a family staycation, especially with kids. I'd love to go there again next time.

Great location, beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms.

The hotel room facilities were generally okay, but at breakfast, the food and plates ran out, and the glasses weren't refilled quickly, even though it was still 7 a.m. The line for eggs was also quite long, and it wasn't quickly addressed.

Stayed overnight on May 30th - May 31st in the Amarta Suite. This is our fourth stay here in the same room type. Most of the time it's okay, but this time there was a little difference. When we entered the room, we could smell cigarettes. After a few hours the smell had dissipated. The pillows were a little smelly. On our way after checking out, the front desk suddenly informed us that there was a slight stain on the mattress, and there was a room charge of Rp100,000. Okay, we immediately changed it. And only realized when we got home, that we had left something in the hotel room. Why didn't they inform us? I was very disappointed. It wasn't about the price, but from there, they were dishonest. Really disappointed.

Facilities: Hot water in the bathroom is not working, RFID card for electricity takes a while to respond.

It's a nice hotel, and perhaps the maintenance could be improved. So far, so good.

When check-in took a long time and access to the room was a long walk and there was no guide, so we were confused about how to get to the room.

A very comfortable hotel. The hotel's location at a high altitude in Batu City creates a peaceful atmosphere. While waiting for check-in, we enjoyed a coffee at the cafe on the 4th floor. The view is stunning, and the coffee is delicious. Perfect for a peaceful retreat. I got a room with a mountain view. 😍 Love it. I'll definitely stay again if I'm feeling down.

Except for the pool, no other amenities are available. The private pool is not really a pool or a Jacuzzi.

Nice view. Wide variety of food. Friendly staff. A bit annoying, the bathroom has an unpleasant odor coming from the drain. But otherwise, it's good.
