The front office needs to be more responsive and responsive to guests. Service needs to be improved. Breakfast variety is limited and the taste tends to be lacking.

A hotel with the best location in Batu City, but unfortunately the housekeeping staff seems to be less than thorough in cleaning, and there's still dust. The hotel food is delicious, especially the sky lounge.

Very suitable for couples who have more money, the most worth it 4 star hotel during the stay thank God always exceeds expectations, most importantly for comfort. cleanliness, road access wifi is always on, view, atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff is cool 10000000 trillion stars. all of them become the most romantic and very satisfying impression, thank you very much amartahills, have made my honeymoon very beautiful

The atmosphere is very comfortable, the vibes are not like a hotel but it's top, the breakfast menu is extensive but a little late in refilling the food that runs out, the only drawback in the room is regarding cleanliness because there is a lot of dust or dirt on the balcony but overall I'm satisfied 9/10, thanks
