The room is too cramped. If you want to go up/down the elevator, you have to call the receptionist first. To upgrade the room, you have to pay in cash, no transfer/non-cash. Strategic location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My room's hot water isn't hot enough.

Perfect for solo travelers or work trips. Good rooms and a busy environment and easy to find food.

No inhouse restaurant, paid breakfast is packet food, room needs renovation. Superior room is very small but room service is good & friendly

clean, comfortable room, after staying twice in October the room didn't have hot water, but this time I got a room with good hot water on the 8th floor

There were hotel staffs arguing in the lobby when there were guests. Breakfast was delivered to the room in the form of a rice box and no drinks were provided. Anyway, the location is very good and the room is also clean.

A bit of a rundown hotel but still worth the price. The room was pretty tight, but all amenities inside were available, including hot water. There's only one elevator and it's kind of hot. You can only enter via side front door. I don't know if the main door was broken or not, but there was a huge Christmas tree blocking its way during my stay. Although the location is near Manado's boulevard (beautiful view and lots of food options nearby). Definitely a choice when you visiting Manado for holiday and spent most of your time sightseeing.

Stayed on New Year's Eve, the room was small but clean, the soap and shampoo were lacking, they hadn't been refilled, the TV in the room was broken but the staff immediately replaced it.
