Hotel close to access to Megamass and Megamall Manado malls... The room AC is cold, the water is strong and there is hot water, along the area there are lots of food...

Location close to shopping and culinary places. Non-smoking room, room paint has started to peel off. The location of the hotel is near the highway and the village, so it's a bit noisy until midnight. For service, it's a bit slow, maybe there's a lack of coordination between staff. But the soap smells good and is good. For overnight transit and looking for a strategic location, it's quite recommended. But for those looking for peace and quiet it's a bit difficult.

Please replace the pillowcase, the worn and torn ones should not be used anymore. The iron can also be replaced, it already uses duct tape with lots of cables.

The hotel room was dirty, stuffy, the AC was not cold, after only 15 minutes in the room I immediately felt short of breath, even though the early check in was at 11 am, I immediately checked out at 2 pm. For the hotel staff, please... we don't stay for free... if the AC is broken, fix the room first, don't let customers in straight away.

the room too smal, the elevator is under maintenance so we have to use emergency stair from 6th floor. No parking area. the bathroom is dirty

The room is too cramped. If you want to go up/down the elevator, you have to call the receptionist first. To upgrade the room, you have to pay in cash, no transfer/non-cash. Strategic location 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My room's hot water isn't hot enough.

Perfect for solo travelers or work trips. Good rooms and a busy environment and easy to find food.

No inhouse restaurant, paid breakfast is packet food, room needs renovation. Superior room is very small but room service is good & friendly
