Comfortable hotel, close to everything. Reasonable price... Okay.

I'd stayed here before and the service was less than satisfactory, but I gave it a second chance by booking again. It turned out to be far more disappointing. I'd booked and paid in full, only to find the room was fully booked upon arrival without any prior notification. There was no apology or resolution from the hotel. This kind of service is highly unprofessional and detrimental to the guest experience.

Overall, it's satisfying! The hot water is the most enjoyable thing from the room. There were some lost items when we arrived, such as toilet door mat and hotel sandals, but they could manage it pretty well. Thank you!

my son loved staying here. so this is my second time. room was not spacious but it was indeed feels comfy. add more blanket please for upper bed. colder at night since it was closer to the AC

A relatively cheap hotel with adequate facilities in the center of Bandung city.

The staff was very responsive and fast. The only downside was the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust, and there were mosquitoes in the room.

It's a good property. Their staff was great. Good location. But please fix the mosquito issue. There are so many mosquitoes, especially around the sofa area in the lobby.

Cheap is the reason to stay here. But it turns out the service is quite good. Located in a quiet area so sleeping is quite comfortable. The towels are shabby. The room is not that spacious, but it doesn't matter. Parking is safe. The coffee is good.

When we entered the room, it was obvious that the room is a bit dusty (the windows especially!) and the bedroom area.
