I was impressed with the hotel's location, but the front desk staff was nothing special. The room, however, was a letdown. It's a smoking room, and apparently, all rooms are smoking rooms, which explains the lingering smell. And if that wasn't enough, ants are crawling all over the place. There are times when the motorcycle sounds outside are so loud that you can hear them clearly while you're in the room.

Security was friendly and very helpful during the check-in process. Thank you, Mr. Security.

For a very affordable price, it's quite comfortable, has a cozy vibe, and a great ambiance. 👍🏻

My stay here was very pleasant, the room was very clean. The only thing that could be improved is perhaps adding a table and chairs in the room, and there is still no elevator in this hotel. However, the security guard was very kind and willing to carry guests' luggage from the ground floor to the third floor. If you are elderly (grandparents) and children, it is better to ask for the first floor. I happened to book a room without breakfast yesterday, so I don't know what the breakfast tastes like.

The room is so small, with little space to put luggage, but the location is good.

I love the neighborhood, proximity to church so I would not miss the morning service. Many great breakfast spots within minutes walking. Great coffee and salt bread from a nearby cafe. Overall, a nice small hotel to stay for a short period.

The staff was friendly, and I checked in at 10 PM. Check-in was quick, but parking was very limited. When I entered the room, it smelled awful, like garbage. The room was decent, and the AC was cool, but the room just smelled bad.

I checked in at 10 PM. The sheets were stained with black stains. I called the receptionist and they said housekeeping wasn't there and she had an injured hand and couldn't change the sheets. I was told to wait until 12 PM after the shift change, even though I was extremely tired :(

Spent 3 days 2 nights staying here. Very impressed. From the moment I arrived during check-in, I was greeted warmly, seemingly by the owner. The hotel staff were also friendly. Before entering the room, I was offered to see the room in case I wanted to upgrade from the retro queen to the pop art king, which is larger. I ended up choosing to upgrade on the second night because I actually preferred a big room. What I liked was the coffee shop on the 2nd floor, which was also pleasant. Overall, I'm happy I could stay here. Recommended for those looking for a hotel in Bandung below 500k, and Triple Seven is one of them. Hope this is useful. 🙏☺️

Good hotel service, all facilities

I stayed here for two nights. Upon check-in on the first day, I was greeted by numerous mosquitoes in my room, and the bathroom smelled bad. Could it be because the room was downstairs and in a corner, so it wasn't well maintained? But the plus side is that the hotel is close to the city center.

Even though the place is small, I like the atmosphere, which is not noisy with vehicles. It's really nice to rest, clean, and not dirty.

Friendly staff, very cold AC, clean room, just a bit small for 3 people, shower water is a bit weak, food is very tasty, cozy place, very pleasant

The bathroom smells, the power outlet is broken, the window won't close properly so it's noisy.

I booked a Retro Queen Room, but it turned out to be a bit cramped for me, but it's fine for transit. I'd like to ask for improvements to the bathroom door. It's rusty and has lots of water stains, making it look unclean. The water heater is also very difficult to adjust, and it's too hot.

The hotel is nice, and the signal is very good. I'd recommend avoiding the floor-level tables, as they're usually made with mattresses or round carpets.
