The check-in process took a long time, even though there were few guests checking in. The AC was hot. Initially, they said it was because the room was newly occupied, so they had to wait 15-30 minutes. However, after waiting an hour, it was still hot, like a sauna. The faucet/shower water smelled like fish pond water. Even after following the instructions to turn it on for 10 minutes, it still smelled like fish pond water. The only good thing about the service was the humble and efficient security. Really disappointing for a 3-star hotel in South Jakarta.

The water from the shower & tap smells like sewage. The room is not soundproof. I heard loud noises from outside while trying to sleep at night. When I was checking out at 8 am, there was no one at the reception desk, so the security guard helped me check out.

The bathroom water smells of rotten eggs, the wifi lags, the smart TV often errors, the wifi reconnects itself. The hotel is not recommended.

overall everything is good, only stayed here twice in one year, the problem is the tap water which smells bad even though it is clean. please check your plumbing system or your clean water supply system.

What I absolutely love about this place: - The location: It’s super convenient—close to SCBD, Kemang, Mampang, Gatot Subroto, and Kuningan! - The room: So spacious and clean, making it a really comfortable stay. - The rooftop balcony: We got a room on the 3rd floor, which meant easy access to the rooftop. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy a smoke or take in the city views! - The staff: They’re incredibly friendly and always ready to help—definitely adds to the warm vibe! - The room rates: It’s such a great deal for the location and size of the rooms; you really can’t beat it! What could use a little improvement: - We had a room facing the street, which made it a bit tough to sleep well due to the traffic noise. A room farther from the street would be perfect! - The towels could use an upgrade; they’re looking a bit worn out. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back (this time, we’ll ask for a quieter room)!

The water smelled of sewage, was dirty, and we didn't even take a shower, we just used wet tissues. We even bought a gallon of Le Minerale to brush our teeth.

The water smells really bad, I can't stand it 😩 But otherwise it's okay.

Fast process and very convenient

The bathroom water is a bit smelly, the wifi is okay, free netflix because it's in a premium room. The hotel food is standard. The room is not soundproof. The windows also can't be closed properly so it's very bright during the day.

The quality is decreasing. The sheets and pillow cases smell, the water from the bathroom also smells.
