Great hotel.. Great location.. Nearby food stalls

Good location, only the room smells of cigarette smoke and the staff is nice, give me a rainbow room

When I checked in, I noticed a yellow stain on the bed sheet. After the 4th day, I noticed the yellow stain still on the bed sheet (the bed sheet hadn't been changed for 3 days). After getting angry with the receptionist, the cleaning service staff told me to change it immediately. If I hadn't noticed the yellow stain, I wouldn't have known the bed sheet hadn't been changed because the bed sheet had been tidied up again.

The room was very small, even though we had taken a triple bed room, the room was so small that there was no place to put our suitcases, and the wifi was broken during our 2 nights there.

The room is quite clean and comfortable, access to everywhere is close. Only the owner is not very friendly.

The room is just ordinary, just close to Alor.

Clean room, strategic location on the main road of Bukit Bintang, but the room is not soundproof so it is noisy at night.

Location near Alor Street, Sungai Wang, Lot 10, etc. All can be reached on foot. Rows of hotels with many famous foods. Very happy to go anywhere.

The location is close to everywhere and always busy, whatever you are looking for, it is there.

The location is strategic, clean but noisy because I got a room with a window facing Jalan Alor and at 1 am the next room was really noisy, the door opened and closed several times and the room alarm went off several times, very disturbing.

Fun and in the city center

The location is great because it is right in the middle of the busy Bukit Bintang street and Alor street. But the room is very small. Also, there are no sandals or hair dryers in the room.

The hotel is good. The service is ok. Clean.

The receptionist is very unfriendly and rude. I will never stay here again.

Clean. Everywhere is close by, just walk. Too bad the toilet is small.
