The location is good, connected to the sunway mega mall. The room rates are good value for money. Room is clean and comfortable. Especially thanks Mr Bappy for awesome hospitality. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is strategically good, but the room facilities are very disappointing, so I think that tourists coming from abroad will be disappointed, with a very complicated check-in system, enough to stay at this hotel.

The cleanliness of the room is comfortable, but there are some safety issues in the room, there is a burst cupboard mirror not removed and just placed outside the room. We asked the reception to send a prayer mat at 4.30 but the reception said the prayer mat would be delivered at 7 o'clock.

The location very good, but the bed sheets and floor was dirty.

Good for holiday near themepark & shopping center

TV wasn't functioning. Cobwebs on ceiling. Parking not inclusive in room rates, then only got to know that the Resort Suites is managed by a different management.

The housekeeping service didn't clean up the room. WiFi signal was not good. There was no mineral water provided in the room on the other day. The service was not good.
