Suitable for solo travelers, and close to Surabaya Expo Center, just cross the street.

Towels are not suitable for use, have holes and are dirty, and are not very clean.

The towels are creepy. The service is lacking in hospitality.

It was a really comfortable staycation here. The service was friendly, and access to the city center was very close. There's also plenty of food around the hotel.

The staff is very friendly, but it's a shame the mattress and blanket are so itchy. The blanket is torn. Try having breakfast delivered like a bento. If you're staying overnight, don't include breakfast.

booked a single room, but it turned out to be small, lots of mosquitoes in the room, hot water came and went, mattress was dusty

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Thank God, it's quite nice. It's affordable.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, but there is no mineral water/tea/coffee and no electric kettle 😊 usually it is included. The food is very delicious but the portion is small and the snacks menu is not available, the staff is friendly and the ci co process is fast. Thank you 🙏🏻

The AC is not cold, it's extremely hot. It's so hot that I'm disappointed that I can't sleep all night.

The cleanliness of the prayer room area is lacking, the hallway lights are dim, it would be better to replace them with white LED lights so that they look brighter.
