I checked in at 10 PM, but when I entered the lobby, the receptionist was playing games outside the building. They weren't alert when guests arrived, so I had to wait to get the key. The power outlets in the room were also difficult to access, even though there were instructions for the plug logos because they were behind the desk, so I had to pull the desk out first if I wanted to use them.

I checked in around 5:30 p.m., and the room I was assigned hadn't been cleaned and still had trash from the previous guest. The room was a mess, so I went downstairs to ask for a room change. After getting a new room, it smelled a bit musty. Worse, the sofa was stained and hadn't been washed. I also found a comb used by another guest under the dressing table, which suggests the hotel staff wasn't thorough when cleaning the room. Slippers and toilet paper were also missing, so I had to call reception to have them brought to my room. The pillows were also brown, and the pillowcases weren't even fitted properly. The hotel's location is strategic, close to public transportation and tourist attractions. It's a perfect budget-friendly hotel. Perhaps the fines could be relaxed, as even though a fine is imposed for a stained mattress, a clean mattress can still look dirty.
