The hotel is strategically located close to the airport and is comfortable with excellent service.

The hotel closet doesn't work. There are only stairs. The hotel smells of urine. The bathroom closet hose is leaking. Plus the AC is new. But not cold. If you just sleep, that's fine.

The hotel room was cramped, the TV couldn't be turned on, there was no AC remote, what was worse was that the mattress cover was torn.

Sangat mengecewakan, AC tidak dingin padahal diangka 16, dan pelayanannya kurang, kelebihannya dibelakang wisma lengkap untuk kuliner jadi kita tidak susah cari makanan.

The rooms are clean and tidy but maybe just not well maintained.

Very unpleasant, it seems that the room has not been occupied for a long time or at least has been swept. The bed had a lot of stains and the color was dirty white, the air conditioner was off so the air felt stuffy because the room was rarely opened so the air had no circulation for a long time. Hopefully the other rooms are not like that, not as scary as mine. And that night because I checked in at night around 7, only 10 minutes at most there I immediately checked out. Move to another hotel which is much more comfortable. Oh yes, a positive value (for some people) because the hotel's position is inside a shopping complex so it is quite strategic.

There was a centipede the size of a pinky finger in the hotel bathroom, shocked and horrified. Small animals can sting, and when stung can be swollen and hot and cold. You have to be careful.

The hotel key is broken, breakfast at 8 is gone, WiFi access is not provided.

The entire room from the waiting room to the room smells of cigarette smoke. It's hard to breathe. At check-in the room does not have towels. Had to contact 2 times to ask for towels, even that was not according to request. Because I'm in a room with 2 friends. Towels come only 1 and at 6:00 in the morning check-out, no deposit returned. The hotel is in accordance with the price, the service is not bad, but the supply of breakfast is very slow only at 7 in the morning, Hopefully in the future we can provide it early.

No towels for showering, bathroom door broken.

The staff is not friendly, the room is dirty, the bed linen is not replaced, the sink is leaking, there are lots of cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room and the smell is not pleasant.
