Kurang ramah, fasilitas di hotel tidak lengkap, tidak sesuai dengan gambar sedikit menyesal memesan di sini.

Sangat buruk, baru pertama kali saya menemukan manajemen hotel seperti ini, maksimal kamar harus 2 orang

Sangat buruk, saya tidak jadi menginap, saya pesen 4 kamar dengan jumlah 13 orang dengan anak-anak ternyata yang 5 orangnya harus kena charge 50 ribu perorang katanya melebihi kapasitas dari pesanan 4 kamar, menggunakan fasilitas kolam renang harus bayar lagi manajemen yang sangat buruk yang pernah saya temukan, dan saya putuskan untuk pergi dari hotel tersebut. Saya sudah bayar semuanya via aplikasi saya ajukan refund karena tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi, tapi belum ada jawaban juga dari agen online

Saya suka dengan view pantainya, namun ada beberapa hal yang kurang memuaskan diantaranya: kolam renang ternyata terpisah jadi harus bayar lagi dengan biaya relatif lumayan mahal, saklar, wastafel, kloset rusak.

Saya udah booking kamar jauh hari, pas check in harus bayar lagi dikarenakan saya bawa anak, di kira udah include. Terus ke kolam renang harus bayar lagi padahal sebelumnya booking kamar itu sudah termasuk renang. Katanya WiFi gratis tapi di kunci, terus di struk pembayaran saya lihat ada peraturan tertulis tidak boleh bawa binatang peliharaan, tapi di kamar yang lain ada yang bawa anjing. Banyak gak nyamannya jadinya kecewa 😒.
