the hotel is really nice.. very clean and comfortable. the amenities are very complete, you get snacks too. this hotel is also very close to everywhere. You can go to the oro-oro dowo market, to the kayoetangan heritage and it is also close if you want to go to the station. I will come back here again..

The best location for vacation and culinary tour in the center of Malang, everything is close. The room size is large so it is suitable for families. The local culinary breakfast menu is also delicious.

Very interesting place that can bring your memory back in time

Strategic location in the middle of the city, hotel with classic architecture, unfortunately the check in process was a bit long, 40 minutes because the room wasn't ready even though we arrived after 2 o'clock, the lift was under maintenance.

Welcomed with complimentary snacks in the room, it was quite surprising to have an old-fashioned atmosphere, but still had a modern touch. The amenities were super complete, the food variations were not many, but it could be said to be quite complete, except for the water that was not cold, you still had to ask for it first. Unfortunately, my sleep was a bit disturbed by the sound of the roof which was noisy because of the rain.

Had a pleasant experience staying here. All the staff were very helpful, from the receptionists to the outlet staff. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great, I love all the traditional food. And the best part, the bar at the hotel exceeded expectations!

The staff is friendly, classic but unfortunately I got a room in the corner, in front there is a water pump and an unkempt garden, it damaged the mud when on the balcony, the staff is not very friendly, it's just flat

All OK in Shalimar. All staff are helpful, friendly. In line with boutique hotel standards with high prices. The bed & pillows: PERFECT. What is lacking about this hotel is that the children are left to serve guests in the breakfast room without any seniors. This morning the queue at the egg station was really long. Please note, Shalimar Hotel. The price that guests pay is a professional price so please provide professional service too. It's impossible for a child to be given responsibility for the egg station alone.

I am very satisfied with the experience of staying at the Shalimar Hotel Malang. The extraordinary service from the hotel staff (Pak Dimas) made us feel very appreciated. The hotel's shady and calming ambience provides a comfortable atmosphere during your stay. The swimming pool is very fun and safe for children, so they can play happily. The hotel restaurant is also no less satisfying, with a delicious and varied breakfast menu. We enjoyed looking forward to breakfast time because the quality of the food served was very good. Overall, Hotel Shalimar Malang is the perfect choice for a family holiday.

Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Spa is excellent. Food is more than average compared to similar hotel. The variety of choice is more, high quality and delicious. Room is big and comfortable. Feels like home. Hight recommended.
