Actually quite satisfied, cm poorly maintained and less clean, maybe because of lack of guests, so there are no operational costs anymore, sorry for hotels in Senggigi almost all like that, after the earthquake.

The location is on the beach, breakfast is good, the swimming pool is nice, just a little dirty leaves falling.

Dirty rooms especially under the bed, towels smell, breakfast at 9:00 that must be taken to the kitchen. If it's not taken, what time does it divert to the room, until it's cold.

I am a person who likes to try budget hotels in Lombok and for me this one is not a recommended place to stay. Dirty, poorly-maintained rooms. Dirty and cracked walls, improvised equipment in the bath room. Rusty entrance door, makeshift blankets, mat without a base directly fitted with bed linen, feels uncomfortable. Sorry to say, with the same price or cheaper, you can get a better room with more comfort in other hotels such as Bukit Senggigi, Yukkie villas, transit hotels, grand in etc.

Just ordinary ... Just the service is pretty good. The restaurant has only a few menus. There is no hot water for bathing.

The hotel is clean, directly facing the beach, can swim on the beach and in the hotel pool, the service is okay fast response, rent a vehicle to go around or order a taxi to the airport through the front desk, very helpful, the hotel is close to atm, Alfamart, indomart, restaurants -dn restaurants and souvenir shops, who want to cross to dyke only 40 minutes from the hotel to the harbor (a leisurely stroll on a motorbike). There are towels, bath soap, toilet paper and mineral water in the room. No toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo but no problem. Yesterday, when I was going to take a shower, the water died briefly but was immediately handled and solved. Overall it's really good for backpackers or families, Feel homey.

Beyond our expectations with a budget that much can already get the location and rear view of the beach equivalent to a 3 star hotel, top markotop deh. Really recommended.

Good food, nice place and staff

We stayed overnight take 2 rooms. first room AC not cold but ask ok, AC cold, clean only towels too thin. The second room has a mushroom roof, the pillow has been hit by rain so the color is yellow. The bathroom drain was blocked. But all the employees are friendly and ready to help. thank you
