A comfortable hotel for that price, located in the city center. Very satisfied.

Always comfortable here, no problems whatsoever.

In the morning, the cleaning staff shouts and makes noise while cleaning other rooms. It's very disturbing.

Please replace the bedsheets, there are lots of yellow stains and unclear stains, and please help when checking in if the room is already available. It's really far to find food. Breakfast is quite good, but there's not much variety. Just 2 nights, after that, immediately look for another one😁

Clean room, cold AC, and spacious room

Clean, good service... toothbrushes are available upon request... The only thing I didn't like was having to leave my ID card at the receptionist upon check-in... I think we need another alternative for security.

Overall, if it's just for a break during a holiday or work, it's pretty good. The strategic location is still in the center of Surabaya, there are lots of food, malls, cafes that are close to the hotel. The bathroom, although it's like in a cylinder, is really safe! There is breakfast at the hotel but it's not the hotel's own restaurant, so the food variety isn't much (because of the vendor). Beyond that, the service is good
