Overall, if it's just for a break during a holiday or work, it's pretty good. The strategic location is still in the center of Surabaya, there are lots of food, malls, cafes that are close to the hotel. The bathroom, although it's like in a cylinder, is really safe! There is breakfast at the hotel but it's not the hotel's own restaurant, so the food variety isn't much (because of the vendor). Beyond that, the service is good

The hotel staff is friendly, choose a room according to your request, get a nice view of KBS and the street.

comfortable hotel for short trip in Surabaya. close to everywhere, close to big malls like TP and Ciputra World. close to station, close to church too. the room is not big but comfortable and clean, lots of tables to put stuff and work. suggestion to add big mirror for dress up if there is event. wifi is smooth but can't be accessed on the last day. breakfast is simple but delicious and complete. thank you pop hotel for the experience

It's really cool and comfortable, there were no problems whatsoever, at first the AC wasn't cold enough, but after about an hour it felt like it.
