The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. Absolutely top-notch. I absolutely loved the hotel. The location is excellent.

Parking was difficult and far away. There was standing water in the parking lot and the parking ramp was narrow. I was given a room with a bad AC. A technician was brought in, but the problem persisted. Even after I returned home that evening, the AC still wasn't cooling. Finally, the technician was called back, and this situation severely disrupted my and my family's rest time.

This is my first time staying here, the staff are very friendly, the security is responsive, but the soundproofing is still lacking because you can hear the kids running around screaming and it's really annoying. The food variety is lacking, especially the juice, sorry sis, I don't know what to say because I really don't know what juice it is🥺, but overall the access to everywhere is very easy and strategic.
