The bedroom and bathroom were nice, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The only downside was that the towels were starting to look a bit grayish-black, and while they did smell nice, they were unsightly. Hopefully, they can be replaced with newer towels. And the food in the restaurant, while plentiful with a wide selection of food and snacks, was still a bit bland. Sorry, this might be a matter of preference, but overall, for its affordable price, this hotel offers a pleasant experience.

Overall in a good condition. Please increase the level of cleanliness. There were several hairs on the floor near the bed and the bathroom floor upon check-in.

We got a pretty bad room. There were 3-4 wall paintings above our bed hanging loose and the nails were showing up. It nearly fell on my daughter’s head. The engineer came and helped put down everything from the wall. The window vitrase & curtain was dirty even if you don't pay attention you can see especially on the bottom part. The bed was huge and comfy, but I hope the sheet was clean because it didn't look like it's white, almost like very light grey. Thankfully the AC works, it was cold, even though we changed the temp but it didn't feel like it's changed.

A nice, clean hotel. The only downside is that parking is limited; there are only a few spots in the basement. It’s easily accessible from the main toll road entrance to Bandung and is close to a variety of restaurants and coffee shops.

The mini cooler is very noisy, it has been replaced and repaired but it is still noisy, the shower and sink are problematic, it seems the hotel lacks maintenance.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The downside was that the shower drain didn't drain (the drain should be lower than the floor level for the water to drain), so it pooled. You had to help the water drain down the drain, or it would flood the toilet.

The food was cold, lacked variety, and tasted awful. When I arrived at 8 a.m., everything had run out repeatedly, and I tended to get leftovers, and they weren't refilled immediately. When my glass or plate was empty, it was slow to refill.

Room 915 at the Mercure wasn't soundproof. The sound of passing vehicles on the street was clearly audible. Breakfast wasn't ready until 6:35 a.m.; much of it was still being cooked.
