The towels are already torn and have holes, it's better to bring your own toiletries, at that price, it's understandable.

Booked a room with AC and TV on Traveloka, but after checking in, I got a non-AC room with no TV. The receptionist asked for an additional 100 thousand on top of the AC room.

They did not clean it even though I requested cleaning service, it was left for the next day. My 200 dollars were stolen, I left it in the room for safekeeping, they did not take any responsibility. They gave me a room with a broken shower head, the window does not open, the room is taped shut, do not leave money in the room because the rooms are safe at the hotel.

no one enters your room except you and your hired woman, you lose money because you take the hired woman with you in turn

No tootbrush/body wash, the bathroom is leaking, so on the second day I have to move to another room, I can't using the wifi. Check in time is too slow, there is no receptionist in the counter. I have to wait and wait and wait to go to my room.
