The hotel is comfortable, suitable for families👍

The upstairs terrace was dirty with dry leaves that hadn't been cleaned. There were towels scattered around the area before going up the stairs. The room was quite comfortable.

The hotel has a cool atmosphere, thanks to the many plants, fish ponds, and swimming pools in each building. The rooms with pool access are very nice and comfortable, like having a private pool. Overall, it's good, but the breakfast menu could be more varied. The room cleanliness is okay, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in my room when I checked in.

I've stayed here several times because I love it. The hotel is very family-friendly, especially the pool access rooms. The only downside is the wifi is really slow, and the provider's signal is also difficult to get. Otherwise, it's really good.

The hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious, but the access is a bit difficult. There is an Indomaret right next to the hotel. There are many eateries around the hotel. There are 3 swimming pools, all quite clean. It was a pleasant experience staying here.

This hotel is strategically located and easily accessible, with excellent service and child and disability-friendly amenities. Notes for improvement: 1. Room cleanliness is poor. 2. The bathroom was clean enough, but there were puddles and the dryer was not working properly, which made things uncomfortable. 3. Nice hotel, strategic, clean. If it's Sunday, there is CFD in front. Actually this is a nice hotel, if there are no shortcomings below: Disadvantages, 1. The swimming pool is rented to the public. Actually it's okay, but it should be limited to certain pools only, pools where the rooms are not occupied. And the hours should also be limited. We felt disturbed, when we were enjoying the swimming pool, the swimming pool was used for swimming lessons. In addition, there was a guard whose child was taking swimming lessons waiting for his child on the terrace of our room. We chose this hotel because of the swimming pool facilities, but because of this, we became discouraged. 2. The breakfast menu is not varied enough. 3. The room's AC leaked, so the room floor became wet. 4. The cleanliness of the room was a bit lacking, under the mattress we found used tissues.

The location is near Solo Airport. Parking is quite a lot to park right in front of the hotel. Indomaret is right next to the hotel if you need snacks or other needs. The hotel rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the swimming pool. The bedrooms are also quite large.

Been here twice, the last time was a long time ago. Booked a room without breakfast, yesterday tried to take one with breakfast, very lacking! In terms of taste and choice. Entered the room was dirty, the bed cover was already faded, I added an extra bed, the mattress had to be replaced. Friendly reception, friendly staff.

Breakfast is rationed, only 3 menus, not buffet.

Hotel with very good access, close to the city. Comfortable room although the balcony is dirty. Clean bathroom. The minus here is that we experienced a long check-in waiting time of more than an hour even though we arrived at 2 o'clock, and it was experienced by several guests at once until the lobby was full of guests waiting to check in. We had breakfast at 9:00 and there was not much food and drink available. Even the waiting staff were not there while there were still many dirty plates left on the table.

The hotel is worth it with this Eid price, but the cleanliness of the balcony is not well taken care of, the food choices are limited and not very tasty, but it's still ok.

all is good and clean. but the wifi and personal internet signal is not smooth. maybe because of the position of the building/location. hopefully in the future it can be better.
