Good size for family of 4. 4 single beds with 2 bathrooms is a bonus.

Unfriendly front desk employees. Hotel is a service industry, they should hire employees who are more friendly. We did not pay the hotel to be greeted with black face employees. Location is good with a lot of food choices around. Hotel is a bit old and dusty, and stains on the bedsheet. Other than that everything else is alright.

Prepare cash during check in time. They don't accept debit card for the deposit payment, and there is another rm 10 cost that we need to pay during the check in. One of the lady in the receptionist is not friendly at all.: (the room are very modern and clean, however I accidentally choose a room without window. So need to be more thorough when choosing the room type. However the hotel location is near with various of restaurant. Beside the hotel there is a good restaurant called ' Tea Garden '. They have various of tasty and affordable breakfast menu.

Room cleanliness is decent, but practical to stay with family.

I was trapped. No car park provided and the room without window. Not clearly elaborate in the details. So upset.

My experience is that iPad is lagging behind, the hotel staff returns when they finish checking out, the service is okay!
