The staff is very helpful, the service is also very good. There is no breakfast. I feel that the room is not soundproof. When in the bathroom I often hear activities from the bathroom next door. Sometimes you can also hear activities such as the sound of footsteps, opening and closing doors, or people talking from outside. And one more thing, if possible, the roller blind should not be red or orange. If it's daytime, and it's too bright, I usually use the roller blind, but once it's closed the room turns red and is very uncomfortable. The choice is to be dazzled by the sun, or the room turns red.

Hotel staff from the first time they arrived, the security guard helped carry the suitcase even though it was very heavy, it arrived after Maghrib 🥹 the front reception staff were friendly, the cleaning staff were good and very polite. The air conditioner was very cold, the room was clean, the toilet was clean, the towels were clean, the water was smooth, warm and cold. Really recommend to stay here, 21-25 stays with my wife because we were on business in Jakarta, we were from outside the island, it was very comfortable. The best Hotel Cikini, Thank You❤️
