Stayed for 2 nights, and was told to choose and move rooms, saying it was the system. The customer knew they only had available rooms. It was a hassle. They took the one with the floating bed. When asked which one was the floating bed, they told them to choose the day/date. This wasn't provided at check-in. When asked to choose the first day, they told them it wasn't ready yet and had to prepare the ingredients.
Then, when they moved rooms, the blanket wasn't changed; it was still dirty, and they only returned the dirty part inside.
