The mattress needs to be replaced because every movement makes a noise. The balcony area is dirty.

I've been to Orangandrana 12 times, and I've stayed at this hotel 8 times, always with full service and always satisfied. The service and amenities are all adequate.

When I arrived around 9:00, I tried to check in straight away. The staff was friendly. But when I asked if I could check in to a room, it turned out there were still guests, I thought there was one empty. I waited 4 hours while walking around the hotel. The atmosphere was nice, beautiful. And I left the hotel through the back right by the beach. I ate there first. When I returned at 11:00, I asked again that I couldn't check in. I waited until 1:00 PM, at 1:00 PM there was a call, now I could check in. As soon as I entered the room, it turned out the AC was very cold and the room was right in front of the beach. It was very comfortable and the toilet had hot and cold water. The children were very comfortable in this room.

It's a very strategic place to stay, close to the East Coast and not far from the West Coast either 😍

Overall, I was comfortable and happy. The room had a beach view, was very spacious, had many amenities, had delicious food, and had friendly service. However, I have a few suggestions: the pillows should be upgraded, slippers should be provided, and the TV sometimes had no signal.

The bed sheets and pillowcases were really dull, there were no toiletries such as soap and toothbrush, the AC was broken, the TV broadcast was bad, it didn't make you feel at home in the room.

The hotel is kept clean, the hotel staff are friendly and the hotel environment is comfortable.

As soon as I entered the room, the AC was leaking, and the staff fixed it. It turned out the repair was only temporary. The next morning, I woke up and the floor was flooded with AC water. They had to fix it again, along with the clogged sink. Thankfully, the AC was working fine by the time I checked out. Everything else was fine.

First time staying at this hotel, shocked 3x. First, when I entered, I was greeted by a back balcony with a view of the east coast for a standard room..wow. Second, sorry... I found a dead cockroach behind the table, maybe I was too late when I was cleaning.. but it's okay. Third, this is what I'm most afraid of, there are more than 5 wasps stuck to the balcony lamp.. please next time if you can chase them away or spray them because I'm afraid of being stung. Overall, it's quite good. - Service 👍 - Cleanliness of the room, toilet, and surrounding environment (needs to be improved) - Access 👍 - Clean Swimming Pool👍 - Long check in (too long at 2 am even though you can ask for early check in) - Breakfast 👍 The only big problem I felt at this hotel was: - About Wasps - Lots of mosquitoes (for visitors it is mandatory to bring mosquito repellent/autan), for me to always bring it when staying at any hotel

All the services are very satisfying, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable, Pangandaran really feels like it's on holiday, not to mention the total amenities, coincidentally I was playing all day and didn't return to the hotel, when I returned it was already hanging in the room 👌🏻👌🏻

The first time I stayed here, I was satisfied, especially because I got a beach view at that time.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were neat and clean. However, it was unfortunate that the breakfast was poorly prepared, resulting in very long lines and no food.

The hotel is nice, cool, and close enough for watching the sunrise. Unfortunately, when I was there yesterday, I booked a villa with a small pool, so it was only suitable for adults to soak in. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, but it was okay, spraying mosquito repellent was safe. Thank you, Sunrise Beach.
