The facilities are poor. The AC isn't cold at all.

It's not very pleasant because every door is difficult to open, especially the bedroom door which often gets stuck and can't be opened from the outside.

It was a great stay at the Bbr Hotel, with its ocean and garden views. The pool is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the price is affordable.

clean room just a suggestion, please provide a hair dryer, electric kettle and mini bar. It's really hard not to have these 3 things, because other hotels already have them all.

There are parts of the room that are not swept clean enough, the air conditioning in the room is also not working properly because the placement of the air conditioner is not right.

This is the best resort in Pinang. I will stay here again next time.

The room is not very clean, especially the balcony is very dirty! The service is lacking and there are no sandals and no coffee power outlets. The TV picture is bad and there is only 1 type of breakfast and that is only lontong, there is only 1 type of fruit, watermelon.

For the price of 300+ it's quite worth it, take the one with sea view so it's even better. The AC is not cold, the rest is so-so, eat and look around for Richeese and friends.
